We are proud to be announcing GOVMUN Fest 2025, Our festival conference is aimed at making MUN an accessible opportunity by all while promoting leadership, diversity, and and young peoples engagement in cross-cultural learning. Priced at a merely $200 CAD per delegate, this festival is comparatively cheap and accessible. it is available to anyone in the world. Our Festival is taking place in Calgary, Canada in August 2025. Schedule:
- Check-in: 9.15 a.m. to 9 a.m
- Convocation: 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m
- First session: 9:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Lunch break: 12 p.m to 1:45 p.m
- Second session: 12:45–2:15 p.m
Venue
We are ecstatic to announce that CalgaryMUN III will be bringing the hotel conference feel to Calgary once more! CalgaryMUN III will be taking place at Delta Hotels by Calgary Marriot Downtown, and is located at 209 4 Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The Conference Fees
Overnight Delegates
Overnight delegates, in addition to the day-delegate fee, will pay an additional $70 for a one-night stay at the Delta Hotel in quad occupancy. If you wish to stay in single/double/triple occupancy, please send us an email.
If advisors wish to stay at the hotels, please send us an email.
Additional nights (before or after the night of the 18th) can be booked for an additional $75 per delegate in quad occupancy, per night.
Payment for Overnight Delegates due on October 20th, 2024.
Daytime Delegates
We are currently in early registration! Delegation fees are $40, with an additional cost of $40 per delegate.
Independent delegates will pay $45 per delegate, as this helps us offset delegation costs.
